Indian-Ish: Recipes and Antics from a Modern American Family by Priya Krishna

4.0

I often checkout cookbooks at the library but it is rare for me to try more than one recipe more than once. However, I have checked this out multiple times, cooked at least five recipes, and have added two into my rotation of staple meals. Not only is the food delicious but it also includes very helpful info on ingredients and ideas for alternatives. As a vegetarian, I also appreciate how many options are meatless and even vegan. I can't wait to try more recipes and will definitely be purchasing this book once I have space to store cookbooks!
