Loved this one a lot. Seeing as I'm reading the Kate Burkholder out of order and mostly have been reading the recent books, I'd say this first book was a lot darker and gruesome than the later books.

I have nothing else to add other than I don't think I'll ever have anything bad to say about the Kate Burkholder series.
