It was cute and silly goofy but it felt very millennial (in a bad way) and too cringey at times. I thought it was gonna go in a different direction and felt like there really wasn’t any major issue except for the one that the Drew created. I do like the idea of owning a bookstore tho and falling in love with a hot romance author (and the daddy issues was relatable). I felt like the scenes dragged on with unnecessary dialogue and exposition. Spicy scenes were nice tho.
