Deceit
by M.J. Haag
Enjoyed it far more than the first.
Character development had definitely improved.
I don't understand the ending - why was everyone willing to watch a rape? Was it so they can be witnesses to the baker claiming Benella as a wife? I was just dumbstruck by that one element. . .
I'm glad the beast broke the curse, and the way of breaking it wasn't so depraved as an ACTUAL night of pleasure.
Plot twist with the witch though.
"Deceit" is good for what it is: a relatively cheap and short iBook/ebook, that has erotic elements.
