I absolutely loved this book! I picked it up on a while because the title, blurb, and cover seemed intriguing and I was not let down. Following the individual short stories of 5 Japanese characters who are all connected by a community centre. Each story follows the characters going on a journey of self discovery that is facilitated by a librarian who knows just which book they really need.
