"Mosscap had never seen such trees before, and appeared to be doing its best to acknowledge each and every one with equal respect. “I don’t understand how you can keep riding past these,” the robot called down the road."

This series just makes me so happy.  Monk & Robot manages to be complex in the questions it asks while simultaneously feeling, suitably, like a big warm cozy cup of tea.  While book one centered on the first contact in a long time between one robot and one human, Mosscap and Dex, this installment follows Mosscap's introduction to human communities.  I loved it just as much as the first -- highly recommend.
