This one gets more into war games (and war trauma!), and we get more and more into what's looking like a possible endgame for our anarchists, and our crew. Dinniman continues to have weird issues with his female characters, and this floor felt a bit overhyped to me, but it was still a solid read. The highlight for me was getting more pov chapters focusing in on prior Cookbook authors (and them becoming allies!). It's also interesting because Dinniman keeps trying to up the stakes every book and I don't know how much more he can do that without it becoming completely overwhelming. (Also poor Donut!)
