Fool Moon, Volume 2 by Mark Powers, Jim Butcher

3.0

Fool Moon by Jim Butcher introduced Butcher's ideas of werewolves to the reader and I thought his take on the different types of werewolves to be really unique. There are about 3 or 4 different types of werewolves and they are all different from each other in strength, appearance, and origin. I feel that Fool Moon is showing the reader what Harry's limits and powers really are and it is setting up boundaries for the rest of the series. The story was fun but at times wasn't as engaging and mysterious as the first book. This one was more action and less mystery. I enjoyed it and will be continuing the series, of course.
