Liebe in Zeiten der Taisho-Ära 01 by Shiki Chitose

It was better than expected, not amazing, but kind of funny and adorable. I love historical settings in manga, so that was a plus. Rinko is also a strong female lead, which I believe we don’t see that often in historical shojo series. There were some problems, one with the pacing (it was a bit all over the place), at the beginning Ouga was very problematic with his non-consent kiss and self-assurance, and I feel it was all a bit rushed/hectic and there was a lot of different things being put into this single volume. But Ouga grew on me and he did better himself throughout the volume and I kinda like his and Rinko’s dynamic. Because it is only a two-volume series, I might pick up the second one when I see it, because I do want to know how the story comes to an end.
