Coffin Cove by Jackie Elliott

5.0

This is the first mystery in a while that had me guessing and second guessing nearly the entire time. Jackie Elliott twists and turns the plot, in the best ways, leaving you sure that you’ve connect the dots- before delivering a devastating blow to your murder wall.

You’re walked through the mystery, picking up clues and connecting the dots in a way that feels natural and real- how you would imagine it would take place if you were investigating reporter Andi Silvers. The characters have so many layers to them and these layers are naturally and intelligently pealed away, effortlessly adding to the depth of the story.

This read will have you wanting to pack up and move straight to a costal Canadian town!
