FENOMENAL! To all domestic thriller lovers, you all should read this!

Despite my rage and almost crack my phone while reading the beginning of the book because of the involvement of cheating (my bad for not reading the synopsis first), but I LOVE THIS BOOK!

We got to read from two POVs. The mother whose son is kidnapped and the mistress of her husband. It was interesting to read from the mistress POV. At some point I grew a sympathy for the mistress, hell I even commented that both women should end up together and ditch the husband. But then things went spirals, and my rage was back ha! And then I was rooting so hard for the questionable decision that the wife made. This book totally played my emotions throughout.

And then the author threw a curveball and made a strike! I had my theory about the whole kidnapping situation, but I seriously did not see the whole picture! I was shook!!!

I read this in under 24 hours. It's definitely, a solid 5 star read for me!

TW: child kidnapping, cheating spouse, self-harm.
