Age of War by Michael J. Sullivan
2024- The back half of this book was infinitely worth slogging through the first half setup in Alon Rhist. There were spectacular moments in this book, several made me pause in awe for a variety of emotions. I do question some of the choices in character development, namely Persephone’s continued coldness towards Raithe and Nyphron’s decline into pomposity, but overall this was a well-worth it read with a masterpiece ending.
