Strange Weather in Tokyo by Hiromi Kawakami

5.0

a very simple love story of a woman in her 30s and her former teacher in high school. i find this novel quite.. relaxing? a very light reading perfect for a gloomy rainy day while sipping on your coffee.

although at first i was like “meh” with the age difference between the two main characters but as the story goes, i feel like age is just a number after all and love towards someone could developed because of something as simple as spending time together a lot in a bar getting drunk.
