How to Keep House While Drowning: A Gentle Approach to Cleaning and Organizing by K.C. Davis

emotional hopeful informative reflective medium-paced

5.0

This book was a very kind, gentle, and practical foundation offering thought, systems, and actually do able ways to get things done.
While offering an encouraging way to not only do them but change the way we think about doing/not doing them, how we speak to ourselves or judge ourselves about it, and offering further insight on any possible inner wounds complicating such actions and starting the process of healing them.
And applies to many people of many backgrounds and life factors including those with chronic illness, healing from childhood abuse, working through mental illness such as c-PTSD or grief, and more.
While being an easy, feel-good, not-overwhelming, short read.
