This is my favourite musical, so naturally I had high expectations for this.
First things first - leave all your knowledge of the ALW version at the door, it will just confuse matters as you'll constantly be trying to work out how the musical's plot fits in with the book. Secondly - leave a good amount of time between watching said musical and reading this, or you'll keep getting the soundtrack in your head, stop reading, and just cry cause Music of the Night is just too darn beautiful
