The Babysitter: My Summers with a Serial Killer by Jennifer Jordan, Liza Rodman
4.0
I was not expecting this to get me teary eyed while at work... oof.
Written in an extremely engaging format - going back and forth between narrative non-fiction and regular??? (idk if there's a more technical term for this, please correct me, lol) typical non-fiction... so professional of me.... it tells the story of Liza Rodman's direct contact with serial killer Tony Costa when she was a child.
I definitely plan to seek out more true crime content told from perspectives like this rather than solely focusing on the shitbags who commit the crimes.
