I thought this book was SO good until it had the plot twist. I enjoyed the “true” crime and mystery part of the book but when I found out that
time travel was the reason for the mysterious disappearance I started hating it haha. I just wanted a good fictional crime book but instead I got a poor excuse of a mystery book.
To me it just seemed lazy. However, I thought the characters were well developed.
