This really is a 5 star book with its excellent excellent writing, but it was just a tad too sad and slow for my personal preference. But again, so so good. 

I didn’t think, when I started reading/listening to the book, that I’d fall in love with the characters as much as I did but hoo boy I was sobbing for the last hour of listening.
