The Library at the Edge of the World by Felicity Hayes-McCoy

4.0

Centered around Librarian Hannah Casey, this delightful novel introduces the reader to a variety of characters on the Finfarran Peninsula in Ireland. Hannah is rediscovering her life after raising her teenage daughter, Jasmin, as a single mum after she walked out on her cheating husband. Returning to the town where she grew up and her mother's home proved difficult, but as she branches out onto her own now that Jasmin she begins to invest herself into her work and her town in new and eye-opening ways.

This is a delightful start to a light, amusing series, perfect for fans of Maeve Binchy, Rosamund Pilcher, and similar authors.
