Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help You Find—and Keep—Love by Amir Levine

Now I can understand why so many relationship content creators on social media and other counsellors continuously refer to this book - not only does it read easily (for me as non-native English speaker) despite the scientific background, it also uses lots of examples and exercises to reflect on the parts that have been written, which makes the "lessons" even more tangible.

For me, after reading this book, I can tell that not only I feel called out in the most non-offended, much needed way, but also that I was able to reflect on my past relationships in a way and depth I wasn't able to before. PLUS this book made me realize once again (big time) how much of a lottery win my secure partner is, by showing how this kind of people/angels is regulating others and by encouraging me to effectively communicate my needs and feelings. Something that always seems to be THE most difficult task.

Beyond grateful that I finally picked up this book and can't wait to see how its magic will unfold in the near and further future.
