I usually love Ruth Ware's books but this one didn't quite work for me. While the storyline was tense in its pacing, the "mystery" was less of a central figure in the story and it felt more like an adventure and less like a thriller. Not a bad read if you're ok with that variance, but I wasn't expecting that and was disappointed.
