My Boy Will Die of Sorrow: A Memoir of Immigration From the Front Lines
by Efrén C. Olivares
challenging
emotional
informative
sad
slow-paced
This author's story of immigration into the United States combined with the heartbreaking description of families being separated at the border is so sad I could only read in small sections. The families who may never find each other again due to a "zero tolerance" policy deserve so much better. I wish there was a better way to repair what we tore apart.
