this book is just fine, but i do think it runs into the problem of being too analytical and relying far too much on studies rather than actual people. in trying to give introverts hope about the world we live in, i think it plays far too much into stereotypes and doesnt really delve into how individuals who are introverts dont 100% act introverted. like..i dont know. i dont really know how else to put it, but it really does put people into a box of A or B without much nuance
