Festive in Death by J.D. Robb
3.0
I've missed Eve and Roarke, but just like family you haven't seen in a while; you pick up right where you left off.
This series is an emotional must for me. It has amazing character development and a unique world that has started becoming more of a reality than futuristic. I figured out who'd done it and why a lot sooner than Eve did; so I always get a little let down when that happens. Otherwise this would have been a solid 4 stars.
The narrator was actually pretty good. Wasn't sure how'd I feel about a woman reading Roarke but I didn't even really notice.
