Native Tongue by Suzette Haden Elgin

Did not finish book. Stopped at 48%.
By halfway through the book, I still feel there wasn’t enough focus on the female characters (what had attracted me in the description) and too much of a certain male patriarch. Also there’s other books I’m more interested in reading currently.
