A Kind of Spark
by Elle McNicoll
*4.5 stars
It was a 4 star book for me until the final 20%, as the finale bumped it up to 4.5 stars. Sensitively and warmly told story, from the point of view of a young autistic girl, that both celebrates autism and tackles the difficulties too (mostly caused by others, such as the bullies). I loved the relationship between the three sisters, all of whom were distinct from each other. The final heart warming messages of the story come together at the end perfectly.
