This was the most uncomfortable audiobook, but even if I read it instead, it wouldn't help much. The possessiveness, all the unnecessary jealousy, and over the top cliches were painful.
Nate's POV was especially concerning, considering he either sexualizes Anastasia's every move or describes her like a child. I do have to admit, him describing how he likes hanging out with her by saying "she has opinions and interests" was unintentionally hilarious.
At some point, the writer actually wrote, "Our tongues fight for dominance."?? I thought that was just a tumblr inside joke, didn't know anybody actually used it seriously outside of bad 2013 fanfiction.
