Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

4.0

Lots of practical, helpful stuff in here. I deeply appreciate the focus on giving back via community service, being a good friend, etc. A lot of the positive affirmations stuff I did years ago when my inner self-talk was overwhelmingly negative. Her overall attitude is presenting information from her own experience, rather than that she discovered "the secret." Some of it aligns closely with how I like to think and approach life. And I definitely agree that doing things anyway despite fear is the only way to move forward! (It does become more woowoo as it goes, so if you hate that you might not like the last quarter of the book.)
