Second time reading this. It's been a decade since the first time I read it and I loved it just as much.
Nicolas Sparks really has a gift for making the reading feel the emotions of his characters. His books are so charmingly romantic without having to include steam and it just works.
Dear John tugs at the heart strings, forces tears, and leaves the reader with a full sense of closure. ❤️
