I couldn’t get into this, and not even because I love the musical or something - I’ve never seen the whole thing. The writing style is not my cup of tea. I keep rereading sentences to  make sense of what’s happening (not entirely sure I do even then) and I’m getting bored with it. Not really loving the author’s descriptions/treatment of feminine characters, either. Library due date is here, so I’m gonna return it and read something that I enjoy instead.
