Once Upon a Wild Fling by Lauren Blakely

5.0

I could not wait for Miles' story and it did not disappoint! Lauren Blakely again has written a story with warmth, humor and a lot of flirty banter, and it made me smile all the way through. Miles agreed to play at his reunion years ago, and now with his fame is looking for a date to circumvent and potential groupies. Who better to ask to be his plus one, but his manager's sister? The chemistry between these two is combustible and the more they go out as plus ones the more heated it gets. The problem though is Miles is a single dad, so as his relationship with Roxy goes on, he has to take into consideration the feelings his son Ben has for her too! These characters are so well written, it's like I know them! Miles and Roxy are perfect together, the feelings we listen to are ones we have experienced in life and it's like Blakely is relaying a story of our friends to us. The bonus of Ben and his sweet innocence is intoxicating. Then throwing in Campbell and Miller and it's like old home week! This is the perfect ending to a series I have fallen in love with . The two additional previews just whet the appetite for what Blakely has in store for us! I can't wait!

We could not have had a better narration then the team of Sebastian York and Andi Arndt. I love the consistency these two have with their characters, not even mentioning the talented use of the many voices they both have. They bring this family out with all the feels and give us the listeners candy to our ears.
