I really enjoyed this book. 

Only issue is I wish Maya would have found another way to get justice that didn’t involve getting herself caught in the crossfire. Her daughter grew up without either biological parents because Maya solely had her mind on getting revenge for her sister’s death. I feel like she should have had a little more concern for being present in her daughter’s life.
