Kris and Carter’s story is cute as fuck and loaded with cheese but so well executed. I’m a sucker for a fictional man that falls first and this one falls hard! With this fast paced love story, I felt like such a dork smiling at my kindle throughout this entire book, but it’s so hard not to. A perfect palate cleanser and easy read that just makes you feel good… and maybe want to make a trip to Nebraska???
Check the trigger warnings if needed, however as a fellow fertility warrior, the mentions of infertility were a small “t” trigger for me. Kris’ emotions and, at times, irrational thought patterns were so relatable and I saw myself in her many times during this read.
