It's beautiful out, warm and sunny and I am reading about blizzard snowstorms that carry terrible creatures in with the snow
Snow is about a huge snow storm that grounds planes and causes huge travel issues for our characters, they rent a car which promptly breaks down outside of tiny town in the middle of nowhere. It is immediately clear there is something wrong with the towns people and it is kind of an invasion of the body snatchers.

but rated R for unmitigated gore
This was a quick read but much less polished then Malfi's newer books. It was a good idea but I didn't really connect with any of the characters.
