Being up-to-date with the TV series thus far, I am genuinely impressed with how well they translated the first book into the first season of the show. The attention to detail, even detail that may be uncomfortable at times, was really something else. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and found it to be a relatively quick read, compared to what I'd been lead to believe over the last few years.
