It was a good read! Not much to complain about. They’re a cute mix. I wish there was a little bit more dissecting with Bex’s insecurities about her background VS James’ wealthier family. I also think the development of her relationship with her mom was a little abrupt. I wish there was just deeper diving into the relationships besides the main focus of Bex & James. Like James’ father, Richard, and his “dislike” of Bex and his issues with James not prioritizing a work like balance. AND I would have loved to see James work out his problem. But I guess this could simulate that no matter where we are in life, we always have something we can grow upon within ourselves and it can’t be solved right away. And we just happen to see James in the part of his development that he is acknowledging and starting to tackle this issue.
