For those interested in learning more about the context and significance of the massacre at Tiananmen Square, this is a great resource authored by someone who was actually there and participating in the movement. The reflection at the end also corrects some common misperceptions held by folks in the "West."
As a graphic novel/memoir? 4.25/5? There are some moments here and there that take advantage of the form and there are some moments where it's more like illustrated chunked narration. This made the narrative a little dense at times.
