Did not finish book. Stopped at 17%.
Man, tiktok got me good with this one. I've heard so many people RAVING about this book, I was so sold I nearly bought a physical book before I even started reading it on KU.
What the hell was that? The mystery ain't worth it. That MMC had me physically cringing while reading
The FMC was so blase about the violence occurring around her it made the violence completely... boring? A man literallyvomited up his own organs and burst into flames in front of her and ya girl went out for lunch afterwards.
I'm too burnt out right now to put the effort into reading this. I don't want to say I won't return, because I romanticised the hell out of this book in my head, but rn I'm going to dnf
