This book was so hard to put down! I liked that it was a cowboy romance that didn’t feel like a cowboy romance, and all the characters were so much fun. Honestly, if real life didn’t get in the way, I totally would have binged this book and been so happy about it.
Rhett and Summer were both fun and had the best banter. It was easy to read and the side characters were so cute, too. We did get so many serious moments, and I do wish there was some resolution with Summer’s family, but, overall, it was such a good one!
There’s just something so engaging about Silver’s writing that made it so easy to get sucked in and then all of a sudden you’ve read forty pages. She absolutely deserves all the hype she’s getting on TikTok.
I’m so excited to read the rest of the Chestnut Springs series, though I will admit, I hope Jasper gets a book because I am a sucker for a hockey romance.
