as a muslim, I will say that i had one eyebrow raised while reading because this was a book talking about islamic fundamentalism aimed at a french audience
book was enjoyable though, i loved the parts where we followed Sidi. the other parts felt like they dragged on a bit. and the metaphors felt a little too on-the-nose, so I'm giving this 3.5 stars
