this book took me forever to finish, purely because i had to complete my last semester of college and was struggling. so, i love casey mcquiston but i think of their novels this is my least favorite, i still do really like it but i think what made it the better for me was the details. the descriptiveness that casey gives and the research they do for the novels really make them an experience.
don’t get me wrong i enjoyed it, but also ive never been to europe but i don’t think people are this nice anywhere?? theo ebbed and flowed for me, they were a terribly flawed person who really needs to go to therapy but they were trying ya know? i enjoyed kit’s part way way more because we got to see his true emotions and him processing them and holding himself accountable and i really liked him as a character. the side characters ebbed and flowed, i liked the ones that they didn’t have sex with because they felt like they had more depth. BUT this is my opinion!
