The Christmas Orphans Club by Becca Freeman

4.0

Despite this book being listed as a romance, that’s not how I would categorize this. Sure, it does have some romantic elements towards the end, I would say that this book is really more about found family, as well as learning to accept that traditions can change and rarely stay the same forever.

Overall, I really loved this book.
- alternating timelines
- the way that all four of the main characters developed throughout the course of the novel
- all of the introspection
- The characters themselves were diverse, but not too much so that I couldn’t see them actually being friends in real life
