The White Tulip by Karthik S.K.
4.0

“In the dark, he comes, to feed on your deepest fears. Beware not to give your hand, with him, He takes your soul.”
White Tulip by Karthik S.K. is a gripping, dark crime thriller with layers of suspense and thrill.
What happens when the tainted childhood chases you to present? This is a story of three-person: Aadit, Leela, and Samarth. They are the survivors of an abduction case of 1994. But this incident is haunting them in present and making their life hell. Aadit a bestselling author turned into a drug addict, Leela became suicidal, and Samarth was diagnosed with cancer. Then one day a mysterious person came into their present from the past to haunt them. How do they deal with it? Is anyone coming to rescue them in their present? To know these answers just pick your copy.
This is a chilling story with layers, each one going deeper and leading to darker layers, interspersed with suspense. The story moves on two timelines simultaneously. I find the plot structure a little bit scattered. But I can’t deny how amazingly themes of mental and struggles come into play with the lucid writing style of the author.
Overall, this is a spine-chilling read, recommended to all thriller lovers.
