We're just gonna zoom on by the fact that he met the FMC at the same time as her sister and immediately pursued the sister instead....asking her out and pseudo dating her for two whole months until he realized he went for the wrong sister.
We're also gonna excuse him using his job (he's a cop and they came to him to report a theft) to get both of their information to ask them out/lowkey badger both of them into accepting a friendship/relationship?
This would be a two star for me if he wasn't so good about her job though and never making her feel bad about working so hard. Love that for her. Also loved the peek we got of Charlie.
Listened to this on audiobook but I'm too lazy to go in a browser and change the book type rn. When will goodreads let us do that in the app???
