Me: reserved, still learning to open my heart to a bigger circle of people. Still learning about my capacity to give and love.
it took me while to be into this book mainly because it doesn't feel like a continuation of saint and misfits. i was expecting something different than what was happening when this book started.
that being said, i still loved this book. and i absolutely love janna's character just as i did in saint and misfits. maybe even more. i can totally relate with her character in this book, to the point where i bawled my eyes out because we were in similar places and had similar thoughts.
adam and zayneb attending the nikah also put a smile on my face. i didn't expect zayneb would have a big appearance. she was even interacting with janna! i really thought she (and adam) was just gonna be mentioned.
what i also totally didn't expect was sausun and haytham! i'm not opposed to reading a novella about them [eye emoji]
