BOOK OF THE YEAR!!
Did I understand most of the references? No. Did I struggle to get into it at the beginning? Most definitely. But I am so glad I stuck through it because I can only dream to have a debut novel this damn good.
Please do not waste your time with the sorry excuse of the movie adaptation, it's a stain on Spielberg's career and a massive slap in the face to this author.
