Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

4.0

Pretty good! This book has both slow burn and thriller aspects and Gillian Flynn did an impeccable job weaving early plot points in without making them feel like a stretch for cohesion. The ending left me unsatisfied, but in a realistic way. My biggest criticism is that Nick was so annoying and that his redemption arc seemed to be spoiled by his spinelessness, but again unsatisfied in a realistic way. 3.5 stars rounded up.
