I liked this book so much more than I expected to! I thought it would be a kind of throwaway book that’s just okay, but I really liked it!
El was great. She’s such a complex and multidimensional character.
Orion was a little more straightforward but a much needed counterbalance.
Liu and Aadhya were great too and I can’t wait to see more of them.
The world building is complex and takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s not difficult to grasp.
I also really liked the writing style. It’s conversational and light, very English in its humour, which I loved.
I know there is some controversy about this book, but I didn’t see it or take note if there was.
I definitely recommend giving this a go!
