Pretend You're Mine
by Lucy Score
Right I do love this book. I LOVE ALL OF LUCY SCORES BOOKS THEYRE ALL AMAZING HOWEVER I don’t like Luke. I understand that there is a lot of trauma going on but that doesn’t make it right for him to treat harper the way he did. ALSO why are they constantly going behind each other’s backs? Like they were sorting each other’s issues out without communicating which was confusing and aggravating.
Apart from that, I genuinely love Luke’s family so much and Harper is on another level. Nobody can compete with her. Like her whole life and she still manages to treat people the way she does and acts like she’s not affected baffles me. Also not her turning into a running girly - I WISH that was me.
The events in this book make this so much better - like the 4th of July and the one with the lake. ITS SO EXCITING TO READ ABOUT.
ALSO GLORIA AND ALDO. I need more from them two because stuff was getting INTENSE. I need to know if there’s a book for them two so if anybody knows please tell me thank you!
I don’t think this book can compete with the knockemount series but it was still really good! We’re not going to talk about the fact that it took me 2 months to read though-
