A Girl Like You by Cari Scribner

4.0

Finally a novel which features a middle-aged women trying to find where love will take her after two failed marriages. Jessica, along with her grown children, enter the the world of apps dedicated to finding the "one."

At fifty-seven, Jessica is heartbroken after divorce number two. A new job and a new leash on life, she enters the world of dating apps. What ensues through the novel is AriesGurl adventures with meeting men, sexting and experimenting with her sexual prowess. There are many funny moments and times you’ll believe certain men are destined to be lonely forever. It is through her relationship with her children that Jessica shapes her views on finding love once again.

A Girl Like You is easy to read and highly relatable. Women over fifty enjoy a good book with steamy sex with women our age. Clothespins who knew!!!
